Private Group Chat
The Private Group Chat feature allows administrators to enable secure, internal communication by creating invite-only chat groups for selected users based on roles or responsibilities.

Purpose of Private Group Chat
Private group chat helps to:
- Enable secure internal communication within SMP
- Allow collaboration between specific teams or users
- Prevent unauthorized access to sensitive discussions
- Improve coordination between admins, support teams, or vendors
- Reduce dependency on external communication tools

Steps to Create a Private Group Chat
- Navigate to the Group Chat section.
- Click Create New Private Group.
- Enter the group name and description.
- Select internal vendors to be invited.
- Send invitation links to the selected vendors.
- Vendors accept the invitation link to join the private group chat.
- Review the group details.
- Save the group to activate the private chat.
- Start sending messages within the group.
